The Insurance Account Representative position has two main roles: communicate with potential customers and write insurance. You will be expected to:
- Establish customer relationships
- Educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
We are looking for motivated, stable career minded sales agents who are looking to be successful in the insurance industry with an upbeat, positive attitude and professional phone etiquette. We are seeking a team member that can help grow the business and contribute to our culture. Agent team members must be willing to work collaboratively and respect their coworkers. Individual success is based on the team’s success.
Requirements:
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal
- Organization skills and an attention to detail
- Dedication to customer service
- Self-motivation
License/Certification:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Life & Health Insurance License (Required within 30 days of employment)
- State Farm experience (Preferred)
